Administrative Coordinator – On-Site | Detroit, MI
$21/hour | Long-Term Contract with Benefits
We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator to support our client’s operations team in Detroit, MI. This is a full-time on-site role offering a competitive hourly rate of $21 with potential for extension or permanent hire and eligibility for benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external customers.
  • Answer phone calls, manage emails, and coordinate meeting logistics.
  • Create, update, and track work orders and schedules using SAP and Crew Management tools.
  • Maintain and monitor employee timesheets and overtime tracking.
  • Process expense reports and procurement requests (ID badges, office supplies, company cell phones, etc.).
  • Schedule meetings and training using Microsoft Outlook and Teams.
  • Maintain confidential personnel records and distribution lists.
  • Prepare and distribute mail; log billing test results relevant to legal proceedings.
  • Support with IT needs and Help Desk tickets as required.
  • Coordinate and document 15 Day Notices for hazardous locations.
  • Capture and distribute meeting minutes for team and leadership.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of administrative or coordination experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams), SAP, and scheduling tools such as Crew Management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM, Maximo, SharePoint, Power BI, PowerApps, and AI tools is a plus.
