Summary of the role

In the role of Integration Analyst, you will deliver secure, scalable, and reliable data flows that support our global operations. You will help architect and implement integrations linking business unit and enterprise platforms, manufacturing systems, and cloud applications. You will lead tool selection, evaluate and recommend the integration path forward, and determine whether iPaaS, RESTbased integrations, or native connectors best fit business needs. When standard options are insufficient, you will design and build custom adapters and microservices.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Connect enterprise systems platforms.
  • Design, develop, and maintain integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, and message queues.
  • Evaluate OOB connectors versus custom-built solutions, balancing cost, security, and maintainability.
  • Develop middleware (microservices, SDKs) to support complex integration logic.
  • Implement robust error handling, retries, idempotency, and monitoring strategies.
  • Create and execute data mappings, transformations, validation flows, and schema versioning.
  • Define API contracts, authentication flows (OAuth 2.0, API Keys), and secrets management.
  • Collaborate with InfoSec, infrastructure, and application owners to meet compliance standards.
  • Instrument integrations with logging, tracing, and metrics for insights and reliability.
  • Document integration architectures, runbooks, SLAs, and provide ongoing production support.
  • Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 3–5 years of experience supporting system, application, or data integrations in an enterprise or multisystem environment.
  • Handson exposure to APIs, integration patterns, and modern data exchange formats (REST, JSON, XML).
  • Familiarity with one or more integration approaches such as iPaaS, custom API development, middleware, or eventdriven workflows.
  • Practical experience with at least one programming or scripting language (Python, C#, Java, or TypeScript/Node.js preferred but not required).
  • Understanding of integration fundamentals including authentication, error handling, retry logic, and basic monitoring.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms, containerization, or CI/CD pipelines is beneficial but not required.
  • Ability to learn new tools quickly and adapt to evolving integration needs as the organization matures its integration capabilities.

  • For the first six months, this role will be fully onsite (Monday–Friday). After that period, the position may transition to a hybrid schedule with three inoffice days per week.
