Job description

Overview

Our growing Enterprise Applications Team is seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Specialist in our Cary, North Carolina office. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing a variety of solutions to streamline and optimize business processes. There will be a strong focus on building automation and AI-powered experiences, including Copilot Studio agents, AI Hub, document intelligence, and prompt-driven workflows.

This is a role offering substantial growth opportunities and a chance to work with the newest Power Platform technologies. You will have the opportunity to develop truly transformative automations that could impact the entire firm.

This is an in-office role.

Responsibilities
  • Support full lifecycle development and implementation of Power Platform solutions
  • Gain process automation expertise through projects and training
  • Gather requirements on existing processes for automation from process owners and identify automation opportunities
  • Build and maintain solutions that adhere to internal standards and Power Platform best practices
  • Enhance and develop within the Dynamics 365 CE environment
  • Support day-to-day system maintenance and production support for deployed automations and apps.
  • Demonstrates capability to quickly learn emerging technologies
  • Provides development and testing support
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in MIS, finance, business analytics, data analytics, computer science, or a related field and/or 3 years equivalent experience in low code automation development and implementation
  • Experience implementing automation solutions using Power Automate, Copilot Studio, AI Builder / AI Hub and Power Apps
  • Experience integrating REST API endpoints into Power Platform solutions
  • Great written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Passion for process improvement
  • Must demonstrate ability to balance and prioritize multiple day-to-day and ongoing projects simultaneously

Preferred/Highly Desired:

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE development
  • Power Platform administration and governance
