Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy Microsoft 365 solutions using SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, Teams, and Power BI
- Migrate legacy business processes to Power Platform for improved automation and efficiency
- Analyze business requirements and recommend technical solutions to address operational challenges
- Create data visualizations and dashboards using Power BI for business intelligence reporting
- Manage solution lifecycle from development through implementation and ongoing support
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across all deployed systems
- Drive process improvements and implement quality control measures to optimize business operations 
- Assist in architectural specifications
