Required Education:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
Preferred Certification:
• Microsoft Certification-Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) or higher   
Required Skills:            
• Experience in MS Power Platform development and implementation (7 Years)            
• Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Virtual Agent, and Dataverse (7 Years)
• Knowledge of SQL database structure (7 Years)
• Strong SQL skills and experience integrating with databases (7 Years) 
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail (7 Years)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (7 Years)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team (7 Years)
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively (7 Years)
Preferred Skills:

About the role: Client is seeking a skilled Microsoft Power Platform Developer in the Division of Public Health providing primary support for the Health Hazard Control Unit (HHCU) within the Environmental Health section to design, build, and support applications and automation solutions that streamline business processes across the organization. This role focuses on developing enterprise-grade Power Apps, automated workflows, and integrated business solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem
Job Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and deploy solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse
• Create automated workflows to improve business efficiency and replace manual processes
• Build and optimize Dataverse tables, business rules, relationships, and logic
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure services, SQL Server, REST APIs, and third-party systems
• Develop custom connectors, data models, and forms for enterprise applications
• Troubleshoot application issues, workflow failures, and performance problems
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions
• Maintain documentation including design specifications, diagrams, and user guides
