Position: Yard Associate
Shifts Available: Morning, Swing, and Evening
Work Environment: This is an outdoor position, working in our rental yard in all weather conditions.

Are you seeking a hands-on, fast-paced workplace that allows you to:

  • Advance into mechanic, driver, or customer service roles
  • Work with a tight-knit team in a safety-focused culture

The Yard Associate is responsible for stationing and retrieving equipment across our outdoor yard, staging equipment for rental, and keeping the yard organized and running efficiently. This role also inspects equipment before and after rental to document any lost or damaged items, and performs minor maintenance and cleaning of tools and machinery as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Station and retrieve equipment throughout the outdoor yard
  • Operate a forklift to load and unload rental equipment
  • Stage equipment and prep it to be rent-ready
  • Inspect equipment before and after rental, documenting any loss or damage
  • Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of tools and machinery
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous experience in a yard, warehouse, construction, or equipment rental setting a plus
  • Forklift experience (or willingness to learn and get certified)
  • General mechanical aptitude
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Bilingual (Spanish or other) is a plus but not required
