Job Overview: As a Yard Associate, you will play a crucial role in keeping our rental yard organized, efficient, and safe. Youโ€™ll assist with equipment maintenance, customer service, and warehouse operations while working in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity to build a career in equipment rental, with potential growth into mechanic, driver, or customer service roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a forklift to load and unload rental equipment
  • Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of tools and machinery
  • Assist with staging equipment for rental
  • Conduct routine checks to ensure equipment is safe and in good working order
  • Maintain a clean and organized yard and warehouse area

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
