Job description

Responsibilities:
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot telecommunications and network infrastructure in support of customer and project requirements.
Perform fiber optic testing, certification, and troubleshooting utilizing OTDRs, power meters, and other industry-standard testing equipment.
Assist with the deployment and implementation of new technologies, equipment, and infrastructure upgrades.
Diagnose technical issues, document findings, and recommend solutions to minimize service disruptions and project delays.
Conduct equipment inspections and performance assessments to help ensure operational reliability and compliance with project standards.
Prepare technical reports, testing results, and project documentation to support ongoing operations and customer deliverables.
Provide product and technical support to customers and internal teams, helping to ensure successful installation and utilization of deployed solutions.
Review completed work for quality and accuracy while adhering to established engineering and operational procedures.
Collaborate with project teams to support schedules, milestones, and customer requirements.
Coordinate with Government Points of Contact (POCs) regarding site access, clearances, escorts, personnel coordination, and equipment logistics.
Support project execution by communicating status updates, technical concerns, and recommended solutions to project stakeholders.
Assist with the design, installation, and maintenance of Inside Plant (ISP) and Outside Plant (OSP) distribution systems.
