Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
• Serve as the voice of the business — capturing, refining, and validating requirements that shape the future of our CRM platform
• Translate process into user stories, test plans, and scalable designs for Power Platform solutions
• Build and Deploy Power Platform Solutions
• Analyze current-state workflows and propose optimizations that drive value through automation and smarter data
• Provide configuration support: building views, forms, dashboards, and security roles within Dynamics 365 CE
• Champion usability, accessibility, and user-centric design in every initiative you support
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required
• 6+ years of experience in software development required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus
• Strong understanding of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), Dataverse, and enterprise CRM configuration
• Strong documentation, stakeholder engagement, and functional testing skills
