Where You'll Make a Difference
  • Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and process equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair pumps, piping systems, valves, motors, conveyors, and other manufacturing equipment.
  • Support millwright activities, including equipment alignments, rebuilds, fabrication, and installation projects.
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical and control system issues to minimize downtime and maintain operational reliability.
  • Install, calibrate, and maintain instrumentation and process control devices.
  • Support PLC and automation troubleshooting activities in partnership with engineering and operations teams.
  • Execute maintenance work orders and accurately document maintenance activities within SAP.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and reliability teams to improve equipment performance and plant efficiency.
  • Promote a strong safety culture by following all environmental, health, and safety procedures and regulations.

What Makes You the Right Fit
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, Mechanical Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong mechanical maintenance experience, including pumps, valves, piping systems, bearings, and rotating equipment.
  • Experience troubleshooting electrical systems, motors, control circuits, and instrumentation.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics, electrical drawings and blueprints
  • Working knowledge of PLC-controlled equipment and automated manufacturing systems.
  • Experience using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS); SAP experience preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities
