Job Description

Key Responsibilities May Include:

Assembly

  • Follow repair guidelines to execute the replacement components on either bottom deck or top deck of pallet.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless integrations of parts.
  • Monitor and adjust assembly processes to maintain optimal efficiency.
  • This role involves standing for extended periods, lifting, and repetitive motion.
  • Candidates must be able to lift up to 25-30 lbs

Quality Control

  • Conduct visual inspections to identify any defects or irregularities in pallet construction.
  • Ensure the integrity of assembled pallet components.
  • Ensure adherences to repair guidelines and quality standards throughout the process.

Safety and Compliance

  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following company safety standards.
  • Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment daily.
  • Report any safety hazards or concerns immediately.

Collaboration

  • Work closely and harmoniously with other assembly line operators.
  • Communicate effectively to ensure smooth transitions between assembly and processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the disassembly/assembly process

Job Description:

The Assembly Line Operator is a crucial team member responsible for the efficient disassembly and/or reassembly of either the top or bottom component of pallets. Working in collaboration with other assembly line operators, this role requires precision, attention to detail, and adherence to quality and safety protocols.

Major/Key Accountabilities:

Execute the disassembly and/or reassembly of either top or bottom components of pallets with precision.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless integration of parts.
  • Monitor and adjust assembly processes to maintain optimal efficiency.

Quality Control:

  • Follow specified quality standards and guidelines set by the company.
  • Ensure the integrity of assembled pallet components.
  • Report any defects or deviations from quality standards promptly.

Safety and Compliance:

  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following company safety standards.
  • Report any safety hazards or concerns immediately.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely and harmoniously with other assembly line operators.
  • Communicate effectively to ensure smooth transitions between assembly and reassembly processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the assembly process.

Collaboration:

  • Demonstrate flexibility by being able to switch between top and bottom component assembly as required.
  • Adapt to changes in assembly line processes or assignments.

Essential Qualifications/Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • The ability to understand and communicate information is also essential.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • Ability to work flexible in an ever-changing environment.
  • Proven experience in a similar role in a manufacturing setting.
  • Previous experience following quality control procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills.
