As a Heavy Industrial Electrical Superintendent, your key responsibilities will be to plan resource availability accordingly through the local unions. This includes the scheduling, coordination, and management of subcontractors. Superintendent will also assist General Foreman to schedule work, crews, tools and equipment for efficiency and to minimize travel time.

  • Experience with Compressor Stations, Metering Stations & Pumping Stations
  • Industrial Experience, Gas Generation, Power Generation.
  • Electrical /Industrial Direct Field Experience.
  • Ability to Lead Large Field Crews
  • Strong Scheduling & Manpower Planning Skills
  • A strong Safety Leadership mind set.
  • Ability to update progress reports & forecast manpower.
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Strong Communication Skill Set
  • Travel is a Requirement.
  • Experience working with the IBEW Union Halls & Referral Systems
  • A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record
