Job Description

  • 15+ years experience in BI focus, RDBMS & SQL exposure
  • Strong Power BI Admin & Governance experience: set up and oversight of Gateways & Workspaces, Tenant settings, User Roles & Access, Data Security
  • Experience with Power BI Development: Power BI Desktop, Modes, DAX, Development Best Practices
  • Nice to have: Microsoft Fabric, Databricks

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and document the overall Power BI governance strategy, framework and best practices
  • Design the end-to-end security architecture, including data classification, access control, and threat protection.
  • Architect security model, including Row-Level Security (RLS), Object-Level Security (OLS), and workspace-level permissions.
  • Set up Power BI Admin Portal, configure tenant settings, and define monitoring practices.
