Job description

Woodward Tahoe (Boreal and Soda Springs), located in the beautiful Sierra Nevada mountain range, is a year-round world-class action sports facility with a culture that comes straight from our main product: Fun. As a Guest Services Team Member, you're the first face guests see and the one who sets the tone for their entire day on the mountain. From greeting and guiding to solving problems and spreading good vibes, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

We're currently hiring Guest Services Team Members for the upcoming winter season. This is a Full-Time or Part Time, Seasonal position with employee housing available starting at $325/month.

What You'll Be Doing:

As part of the Guest Services team, you'll be the go-to for information, support, and troubleshooting for guests throughout the resort.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email

  • Sell and print lift tickets, season passes, and other resort products

  • Handle guest issues with empathy, patience, and problem-solving finesse

  • Direct guests to amenities, activities, and mountain operations

  • Assist with check-in and registration for camps, events, and rentals

  • Process transactions and maintain accurate records in POS systems

  • Monitor guest flow and ensure smooth operations at main entrances

  • Communicate clearly with other departments to keep guests informed

Work Environment & Schedule:

  • Fast-paced, guest-facing resort environment

  • Must be comfortable working outdoors and indoors in winter weather

  • Morning, evening, weekend and holiday shifts are expected

  • Full-time seasonal availability preferred

Who We're Looking For:

  • Previous customer service or guest-facing experience preferred

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Positive, team-oriented attitude and ability to stay cool under pressure

  • Comfortable working with computers and POS systems

  • Must be 18+ and able to work during peak periods (holidays, weekends)
