You'll also be responsible for setting up and maintaining equipment, inspecting finished products for quality, and adhering to strict safety and environmental guidelines. Collaboration with production teams and supervisors is common to ensure that deadlines and quality standards are met. This hands-on role often requires standing for extended periods and attention to detail to achieve uniform coverage and durable finishes.
