Job description

LHH is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing multiple production processes, ensuring quality standards are met, driving operational efficiency, and maintaining a safe and productive workplace. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong manufacturing experience, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for developing high-performing teams.
The anticipated salary for this role is between $78,000 and $85,000 a year.
Responsibilities:
· Supervise daily operations across multiple manufacturing and production lines.
· Lead, coach, and support production employees to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals.
· Monitor workflow and production schedules to ensure on-time completion of customer orders.
· Assist with production inspections and verify compliance with quality standards.
· Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate equipment maintenance as needed.
· Perform or support routine preventive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while enforcing company safety policies.
· Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes and operational efficiency.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production challenges and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 3 years of hands-on manufacturing experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in one or more of the following manufacturing processes is highly preferred:
· Steel punching
· Roll forming
· Welding
· Dip or powder coating/paint lines
· Automated or manual packaging operations
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while managing multiple priorities.
