Team Leader- 2nd shift- ACI Oshkosh
If you are driven to succeed with a passion for the professional growth and development of others, our employee-focused company may have the right opportunity for you. ACI is looking for a Team Leader - Powder Line on 2nd shift at our Oshkosh, WI facility.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all painters and hanger/packers and assign daily tasks.
  • Executing the day to day schedule and managing the changing needs of our customers daily.
  • Delegate tasks to teammates and ensure deadlines are being met.
  • Oversee day-to-day paint operations on the powder coat line.
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
  • Discover training needs and provide coaching and development.
  • Work directly with leadership in tandem with HR on employee disciplinary actions and development.
  • Visual inspect parts for quality and accuracy prior to packaging.
  • Assists with training new hires and other employees as needed.
  • Work in the powder line as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a leadership or supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Paint shop experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Past experience working in a trainer position preferred.
