Your Impact
As an Industrial Powder Coat Painter, you will ensure metal components receive consistent, high-quality powder coat finishes that meet specification and safety standards. Your work directly impacts product durability, appearance, and customer satisfaction.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Prepare and coat metal parts to achieve full, even coverage using established processes
  • Select correct parts based on shop reports and production instructions
  • Prepare metal hooks and jigging on moving conveyors
  • Operate and maintain powder coat painting and electrostatic spraying equipment
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
  • Collaborate with team members to support efficient workflow and production goals
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support other departments

Qualifications
  • Experience in industrial painting or a related field preferred, powder coat experience a plus
  • Working knowledge of materials handling and basic mechanical concepts
  • Familiarity with different paint types, finishes, and coating techniques
  • Experience with electrostatic spraying equipment preferred
  • Ability to read and understand work orders and production instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Physical Demands and Work Environment
Employees must be able to talk and hear and frequently sit, with occasional standing, walking, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling. Regular lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs is required. Vision requirements include close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
