Laborer

- Full-time position: typical work week is 45–60 hours (overtime after 40 hours at 1.5x pay).

- Competitive hourly pay based on concrete experience: ($18 to $25 starting pay rate)

- Perform a variety of tasks involving manual labor on residential foundation projects.

- Build, erect, and align forms for footings and walls.

- Measure, cut, and install wood boards and aluminum forms.

- Place and secure reinforcing rebar.

- Assist with pouring and leveling concrete.

- Operate hand and power tools safely.

- Maintain a clean and safe job site.

- Work outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow, mud).


Qualifications

- No experience needed

- Must be able to perform strenuous physical labor and lift up to 100 lbs.

- Reliable transportation required

- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
