Job Summary

The FOH Supervisor leads all aspects of executing the Winning Hearts Every Day strategy on a day to day basis in the front of the restaurant. The FOH Supervisor is responsible for ensuring an efficient, safe, and complete open or close of the restaurant, including safeguarding of assets and management of people. The FOH Supervisor exemplifies the core values of Chick-fil-A Lionville and lives out our Mission and Vision

daily in his role. They lead and encourage fellow team members toward excellence and higher efficiency to better serve guests.

Responsibilities

Effectively lead the FOH Operations for opening and/or closing, ensuring the safeguarding of all assets;

Ensure operational excellence through personal and team compliance with applicable policies and procedures during shifts to create an environment of care, food safety, and 2nd mile service;

Be the ultimate accountability for cash drawers and change replenishment during shifts;

Ensure that discounts are properly applied per policy for employee breaks and guest discounts;

Work with Directors in leading team toward achievement of restaurant goals and objectives;

Ensure the completion of all cleaning checklists and transition checklists;

Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety;

Assist Director team in identifying and addressing ongoing training opportunities in FOH;

Ensure FOH consistently meets cleanliness standards including restrooms, dining room, entrances, and front counter;

Assist the Assistant Director of Facilities to ensure FOH inventory is stocked for the current and upcoming shift/day and organized properly;

Assist with the training and development of all FOH team members in collaboration with the Director team;

Build trust and relationships with leadership team and team members to strengthen positive team culture;

Participate and contribute in all scheduled Leadership meetings;

Maintain a positive attitude, setting the tone and culture for the front of house;

Embody the values of Chick-fil-A Lionville.

Schedule Expectations

24+ hours per week;

Work minimum of 4 shifts per week;

Availability to support a minimum of 3 opening shifts or 3 closing shifts per week;

Must be available to work Saturdays.

Requirements

Demonstrate expert knowledge and execution of job-specific policies, procedures, and quality standards;

Demonstrates personal integrity and the ability to lead, coach, and encourage others;

Demonstrate a commitment to accountability for restaurant resources during shifts;

Cross-trained across all FOH restaurant roles and at least 2 positions in BOH;

Demonstrate knowledge and proper execution of all Safety and Security procedures;

English fluency required;

Demonstrated embodiment of the restaurant vision and values.
