Poultry Feed Delivery Driver

Location: Broadway, VA 22815

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and responsible Poultry Feed Delivery Driver to join our team in Broadway, VA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering poultry feed to farms and customers in a timely and safe manner, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining the quality of the products during transport.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport poultry feed to various farm locations within the designated area.
  • Verify delivery orders and ensure accurate quantities are delivered to customers.
  • Maintain communication with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules and any delays.
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies during deliveries.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer questions and concerns professionally.
  • Assist with inventory management and warehouse duties as needed.
Qualifications
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Experience driving delivery trucks or similar vehicles preferred.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with the Broadway, VA area and surrounding regions is a plus.
