Your Role: US Poultry Intestinal Integrity Brand Manager As the Brand Manager for the US Poultry Intestinal Integrity portfolio, you will be at the forefront of developing and executing the marketing strategy for our complete line of current anticoccidials and feed additives products. You will own the brand plan, guide portfolio positioning, and guide the successful launch of innovative new products. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the US Poultry marketing team, the global Poultry marketing team, and the US commercial Poultry team to drive growth and ensure our solutions create value for our customers.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Brand Management: Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy for the US Poultry Intestinal Integrity portfolio, including portfolio positioning, pricing, and profitability guidance.
  • Forecasting and Budget Oversight: Guide budget management and forecasting for the portfolio, actively participating in the S&OP process to ensure supply chain alignment.
  • Product Launch Oversight: Oversee the planning, development, and execution of marketing launch plans for new products, coordinating with cross-functional partners.
  • Performance Measurement: Establish, track, and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) and brand health metrics, providing shared learnings and feedback to the business.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the central point of contact for the portfolio, influencing and collaborating with Sales, Technical Services, Global Marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Required Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing or sales, preferably within the animal health or agriculture industry.
  • Top Skills:Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing strategies and manage complex projects with broad impact.Proven ability to influence others and resolve key business problems.
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States.

  • Deep knowledge of the US poultry industry.
  • Proven track record of guiding successful and complex product launches.
  • An MBA or other advanced business degree.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and forecasting.
