What You Will Be DoingDefine and own the product roadmap for Cooings’ care platform, aligning with business goals and user needs
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews to inform product direction
Collaborate with leadership to prioritize initiatives and set quarterly OKRs
Execution & Cross-Functional LeadershipWork closely with engineering, design, and operations to ship features on time and at quality
Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Analyze product metrics and iterate based on data and client feedback
Stakeholder CommunicationPresent product updates, trade-offs, and recommendations to executive stakeholders
Serve as the voice of the user across the organization, advocating for client and doula experience
QualificationsRequired5–10 years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare, marketplace, or service platforms
Proven track record of shipping products from 0→1 and iterating at scale
Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions
Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA is a plus
PreferredExperience with consultation-led or high-touch service products
Familiarity with maternity care, postpartum services, or health-tech
Bilingual in English and Chinese is a plus
