Job description

As the Product Owner for Builders, you will be the dedicated point of accountability for the builder

experience: owning the backlog, driving improvements, staying current on industry standards and

competitor capabilities, and championing modern experiences that help customers create the product

they have in mind, and sometimes beyond what they expected was possible.

This role sits as a peer alongside the teams responsible for the Kiosk, Mobile, and Web product areas,

with a dedicated focus on the builder layer that spans across those touchpoints. The Product Owner will

work closely with third-party vendor partners, internal stakeholders, and systems integrators to deliver a

cohesive and continuously improving builder experience.

In addition to the customer-facing builder experience, this role will own the strategy and requirements for the underlying product catalog infrastructure, including PIM (Product Information Management), DAM (Digital Asset Management), and related systems. Multiple catalog teams are responsible for data entry and validation across the product line; this Product Owner will define the tooling strategy, data standards, and process requirements that those teams execute against.

Requirements:

3+ years of Product Management

Experience with Product customization tools, photo products, print-on-demand

Experience with backlog management (Azure DevOps, JIRA)

Experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban)

Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Information Systems, Digital Media,

Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science
