Job description

Innovation Consulting Manager (Accenture LLP; Denver, CO): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Innovation Consulting Manager in Denver, CO, and the job duties are as follows:
  • Manage innovation project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
  • Develop or update project plans for innovation projects, including project objectives, deliverables, research methods, schedules, funding, and staffing.
  • Manage client relationships and design and execute immersive innovation workshops and experiences.
  • Design and execute both quantitative and qualitative stakeholder and consumer research studies to extract insights.
  • Lead teams of innovation practitioners, guiding team members to synthesize inputs into high quality deliverables and solutions.
  • Steer the creation of strategic client deliverables, with an emphasis on quality, storytelling, and actionable recommendations to drive outcomes.
  • Participate in all aspects of business development (Point of Views, Request for Proposal intake, proposals, blueprinting, and pitching) to drive practice growth.
  • Actively coach and develop our people, advising them to navigate their career journey and actively role model our behaviors and values.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Computer Interaction, Psychology, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the management consulting industry.
Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:
  • Leveraging Mural and Miro to design and facilitate immersive client sessions;
  • Conducting user research through platforms including dScout, Potluc, and Respondent;
  • Designing client artifacts using Figma to elevate storytelling and organizational buy-in;
  • Conducting pipeline management through PowerBI and Salesforce;
  • Applying Generative AI tools to accelerate research synthesis and concept generation for client growth initiatives;
  • Building detailed value cases for new innovation initiatives using Microsoft Excel;
  • Creating C-Suite narratives to generate support and buy-in for new programs;
  • Developing strategies for improving growth and pricing performance for large, global companies, including refining growth opportunities, customer segmentation, loyalty program optimization, pricing policy, and governance;
  • Defining strategy, operating model, and recommendations to drive return on investment for innovation initiatives; and
  • Leveraging Qualtrics quantitative research platform to conduct MaxDiff analysis and create recommendations.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
