Job description

We are looking for dedicated hard working individuals that would like to learn the ins and outs of running a small business. There is also plenty of growth opportunity.

There are 3 locations where we are currently hiring:

  • 4768 Broadway, New York NY 10034 (Inwood)
  • 185 West 231st Street, Bronx, NY 10463 (Kingsbridge)
  • 163 Amsterdam Avenue, New York, NY 10023 (Upper West Side)


Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

  • Providing outstanding customer service is a must
  • Performing & supervising opening & closing procedures
  • Motivating, training and developing new center associates
  • Following up with claims, vendor, and customer issues
  • Problem solving
  • Developing Marketing materials (Using our Marketing help center)
  • Ensuring that center achieves its targeted revenue projections
  • Maintaining Mailbox holder system
  • Forwarding mail for Mailbox holders
  • Assisting in Inventory, Accounting, & Billing issues


Other duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Greet customers in a friendly manner;
  • Determine customer needs, and how to exceed their expectations
  • Assisting customers with packaging and shipping of items
  • Operating photocopy, faxing, binding and laminating equipment
  • Ringing up sales on Point of Sale System
  • Tracking customer packages
  • Maintaining the overall appearance of the store
  • Receive, sort and place mail in mailboxes accurately
  • Pack contents for shipping using established procedures and products.


IDEAL candidate will possess the following:

  • Fluent in Spanish & English
  • Customer Service / Retail Experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Presentable appearance
  • Self motivated & requires little supervision
  • Basic Computer skills such as MS Office, Windows, Adobe Suite
  • Prior copy center experience a plus
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
