Job Summary: ICS Corporation is seeking dependable Production Associates to join our Lettershop team. This role is responsible for supporting direct mail production operations, including machine operation, material handling, quality control, and mail preparation.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced production environment where accuracy and efficiency are essential. No prior lettershop experience is required - training will be provided.
Shift:
  • 2nd shift: Monday - Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
  • 3rd Shift: Monday - Friday | 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Responsibilities:
  • Operate and assist with lettershop equipment, including inserters, folders, tabbers, and inkjet machines
  • Load materials such as envelopes, inserts, letters, postcards, and flyers into production machines
  • Monitor machine performance and identify jams or production issues
  • Perform quality checks to ensure jobs meet client specifications and USPS requirements
  • Sort, sleeve, tray, and prepare mail for postal delivery
  • Accurately complete production paperwork and job tracking logs
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area
  • Follow all company safety procedures and production standards
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure jobs are completed on time

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • No experience required; training provided
  • Previous production, warehouse, manufacturing, or lettershop experience is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Comfortable standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks
