Job description

We are looking for a responsible administrative assistant to perform a variety of administrative and office tasks. The duties of an administrative assistant include providing support to our supervisors and employees, assisting with daily office needs, and managing general administrative activities of the branch. Ratings -Excellent communication skills -Comfortable on the phone. -Friendly and welcoming personality. -Be able to work well in a dynamic environment. -Be able to learn and understand new concepts quickly. -Proficient in G Suite including Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides -Detail-oriented and self-motivated, able to work independently Responsibility -Carry out administrative tasks such as filing, writing, copying, binding, scanning, etc. -Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical. -Handle sensitive information confidentially. -Exhibit courteous and professional communication by telephone, email and postal mail. -Take incoming calls up to 2-3 calls -Transfer calls to other administrative staff or email information to staff if applicable -Plan meetings and take detailed minutes -Cover the reception desk when necessary -Greeting and providing general support to visitors. -Request office supplies -Collate and distribute mail -Help other members of the administrative staff with tasks. -Other tasks assigned by the main supervisor or assistant main supervisor Call 708-622-0099 for more information.
