Job description

Post Press Operator - Printing / Binding / Sorting (2nd Shift)
You will support the post-press process. Post-press is what takes place after pages have been printed. This includes folding, trimming, binding and more. In this role you will be sorting and matching printed materials for shipment.
 

  • The position requires standing for most of the workday.
     

LOCATION: Townsend, MA 01469
POSITION: Contract
SCHEDULE: 2nd shift / 3:00pm-11:00pm
PAY RATE: 19.00 hour
 

  • Performs routine manual and/or automated post-press functions. May operate basic bindery equipment and utilize basic computer systems in the completion of duties.
  • Perform the set-up of equipment and gather materials in an efficient manner, which may include: monitor/maintain equipment, the stock area with supplies, check order shipments, stamp and proofread customer orders and generate labels.
  • Determine and understand all order instructions and running of equipment productively while, meeting job requirements of the accuracy of the product, proper ink coverage, accurate quantity, correct shipping label and required attributes at a quality level that meets or exceeds our customer’s expectations.


Basic Qualifications

  • 18 years old and eligible to work in the USA


Preferred Qualifications

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • 1 year in Manufacturing
