Registered Nurse (RN) - PRN | Pediatric Dental Office
Now Hiring: PRN Registered Nurse (RN)
Our pediatric dental practice is seeking a compassionate, experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with pediatric nursing experience to join our team on a PRN basis, approximately 3 days per week. This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who enjoys working with children in a fun, family-centered environment while maintaining a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities
  • Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients.
  • Assist with in-office sedation and dental procedures.
  • Monitor and document patients' vital signs before, during, and after procedures.
  • Perform patient assessments and ensure patient safety throughout treatment.
  • Educate parents and caregivers on pre- and post-procedure care.
  • Maintain accurate patient documentation and adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
  • Work collaboratively with the dentist and clinical team to provide exceptional patient care.
  • Respond appropriately to medical emergencies if needed.
Qualifications
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
  • Pediatric nursing experience required.
  • Experience with IV placement and pediatric sedation monitoring is preferred.
  • Current BLS certification required; PALS certification preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Friendly, compassionate, and committed to providing outstanding care for children.
Schedule
