Your opportunity

  • Conduct research independently to formulate investment recommendations on individual securities within the technology sector, giving careful consideration to forecasted growth, competitive positioning, quality of financial reporting and management
  • Construct models to identify the key questions that need to be answered in the research process, determine critical drivers and forecast future revenue, earnings and cash flows
  • Undertake research visits and meetings to develop and  deepen industry expertise, including engagement with competitors, customers, suppliers and other relevant constituents
  • Compile and communicate research findings with Portfolio Managers through written notes, reports, and presentations
  •  Contribute to broader team priorities and other responsibilities as needed

Must have skills

  • Four-year degree in finance, economics, accounting, or related field
  • 3-5 years of equity investment analyst experience required, preferably on the buy side; or an MBA degree with 2+ years post-MBA experience
  • Strong stock picking skills, with a proven track record of adding value
  • Strong financial modeling skills, including proficiency in building and maintaining financial models to forecast future revenue, earnings, and cash flows
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Curiosity, initiative and drive
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to communicate articulately, concisely and persuasively
  • Ability to work and make decisions independently, as well as function effectively within a team
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships internally and externally
  • Commitment to doing whatever it takes to grow the business

Nice to have skills

  • Post-graduate degree such as MBA, and CFA and/or CPA

Compensation information

The base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $175,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This position will be open through August 9, 2026.
