CCleaning Specialist (Housekeeping/Porter)

El Housekeeper/Porter se encargará de limpiar, desinfectar y mantener áreas comunes en edificios residenciales y comerciales.Deberes/Responsabilidades

  • Realizar tareas generales de limpieza y desinfección en toda la propiedad asignada.
  • Limpiar y desinfectar los baños, incluyendo lavabos, inodoros, espejos y pisos.
  • Limpiar y desinfectar las áreas de cocina.
  • Limpiar el polvo y desinfectar superficies en las habitaciones, incluyendo muebles, equipos, divisiones, paredes, puertas, zócalos y decoraciones.
  • Aspirar alfombras, limpiar pisos, tapetes, muebles y cortinas.
  • Vaciar los botes de basura y reciclaje y llevarlos a las áreas designadas de disposición.
  • Seguir todos los procedimientos de seguridad al usar productos químicos y equipos de limpieza para evitar accidentes o daños.

The Housekeeper/Porter will clean, sanitize, and maintain multi-family and commercial buildings. Duties/Responsibilities

  • Perform general cleaning and sanitizing tasks throughout the assigned property.
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, mirrors, and floors.
  • Clean and disinfect kitchen areas.
  • Wipe and disinfect surfaces in rooms, including furniture, equipment, partitions, walls, doors, baseboards, and décor.
  • Vacuum carpets, clean floors, rugs, furniture, and curtains.
  • Empty trash and recycling bins and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
  • Follow all safety procedures when using cleaning chemicals and equipment to prevent accidents or damage.
  • Report any broken or malfunctioning equipment, furniture, or fixtures to maintenance or management.
  • Perform other cleaning and maintenance duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Must be able to communicate in English.
  • Detail-oriented – pays attention to detail at each assigned location, especially for any special requests.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to stand and walk for a minimum of 8 continuous hours.
