Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Hotel Night Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the hotel's night operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process, and maintaining accurate financial records. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently during overnight shifts.


Key Responsibilities:

- Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in billing and payments.

- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously.

- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the night shift.

- Maintain the security and safety of the hotel premises during overnight hours.

- Prepare and distribute daily financial reports to management.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

- Monitor and manage inventory levels for supplies and amenities.


Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience in hotel management software (Opera) is not required but preferred.ย 

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous experience in hotel operations or accounting preferred.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
