The Posh Agency is Looking for Client Service Manager: Marketing company to potential clients Maintaining and creating customer accounts Cold call on prospects in assigned territory Use traditional and internet-based marketing tools to develop new business Optimize and Balance Sales and Service/Recruiting Excellence: knowledge of both sides of the desk. Recruit and interview candidates Coordinating and presenting candidates to clients Background check and drug testing candidates Skill testing of candidates Consult with clients to develop strategies Daily local Traveling required The requirements for this EXCITING opportunity are: Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet Explorer) Inbound and outbound phone sales experience Excellent communication skills Motivated self-starter who takes initiative Excellent Customer Service Skills 4 Year Degree 2 years of Business to Business Sales experience (staffing industry preferred) Willing to travel up to 50% of the time
