- Welcome and check in members and guests with a friendly, professional demeanor

- Schedule tee times accurately process member and guest charges

- Delivering exceptional customer service that reflects the club#39;s high standards of hospitality

- Answer and place calls with members in a courteous and professional manner

- Maintain a clean, organized, and polished Golf Shop environment at all times

- Keep merchandise displays neat, stocked, and visually appealing

- Operate the Point-of-Sale system and handle transactions responsibly and accurately

- Communicate member and guests needs clearly with Golf Professional Staff and Outside Operations team
