We work with some of the best restaurants in the country and are currently looking for happy and fun individuals who have meaningful experience using the TOAST POS platform in a restaurant setting as supervisors or Managers. In order to successfully perform this role, candidates must understand basic computer technology, experience in restaurant operations, and comfort using front and back of house terminology. You will be installing, training and supporting our POS customers out in the field, and remotely. There is some mild (10#) lifting of the Hardware which primarily consists of terminals, printers and other smaller devices, also since this is a Field role and not remote, candidates who wish to be considered must have a reliable vehicle and also possess legal vehicle Insurance as well as a legal, government-issued Driver's License. You must be comfortable speaking to and teaching groups of restaurant staff, managers and decision makers: from independent restaurants to restaurant groups, and from Front-Line employees to Directors, stakeholders and owners. Occasionally you will support our customers remotely and so you should have access to a quiet place, free from noise or distractions, in order to provide the required high-level of support. Some basic requirements are:1- Knowledge and experience specifically using TOAST POS (not just general POS knowledge) in a management role, with an ability and willingness to learn new and other POS solutions like Square.2- This is a field role: Mass Transit is not sufficient for this role.3- Willingness to keep a flexible schedule.: We work with restaurants and occasional weekend, or late-night work is to be expected.4- Helpful and friendly attitude with ability to adjust on the fly.5- A professional demeanor is required at all times.6 - Must live within Denver Metro Our employees also act as ambassadors: committed to customer success, and who are honest, tenacious professional and friendly.
