Job description

Toast Pos/Toast Pos Admin/Pos/Toast Pos Developer

Location: San Jose, CA Duration: 12 months Skills: Toast Development and Support, Pos Expertise

1. To analyze customer needs, configures the solution, and installs the product at the customer site.

2. Responsible for taking the client "live on the system after everything has been configured and accountable for ensuring a smooth transition and positive user experience. They are available to answer operational and application questions during the implementation process and after "go-live ".

3. Involved in the day-to-day operation of technology applications and equipment. They provide desk-side assistance in resolving technical support issues.

4. They perform installations, repairs, upgrades, backups, and other maintenance tasks.

5. The technician provides day-to-day technical support to customers for point of sale software, systems, and hardware. A technician installs, configures, and troubleshoots the pos system.

6. Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions and work with developers to implement those fixes.

7. Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks.

8. Technical experience as it relates to installing hardware and troubleshooting that hardware.

9. Knowledge of interfaces and third-party vendors.

10. Supervisor/leadership experience.
