Position Summary

We are seeking a QA & Technical Documentation Specialist to ensure the quality and reliability of our Restaurant and Retail POS systems while maintaining accurate and up-to-date User and Technical Documentation.

This role combines Software QA, Payment QA, Hardware/Device Testing, API & Integration Testing, and Technical Documentation. The ideal candidate can identify product issues, validate new features, and translate complex technical functionality into clear, user-friendly documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and release testing for POS systems

  • Test Windows/Android applications, payment systems, hardware, APIs, and third-party integrations

  • Test payment transactions, including EMV, NFC/contactless, refunds, reversals, and settlement

  • Create and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and regression test suites

  • Identify, document, and verify software defects and production issues

  • Create and maintain User Manuals, Technical Manuals, Installation/Configuration Guides, Troubleshooting Guides, FAQs, and Release Notes

  • Ensure documentation is updated with new features, UI changes, hardware configurations, and software releases

  • Collaborate with Development, Product, Support, and Implementation teams to improve product quality and documentation

Required Qualifications
  • Bilingual in Korean and English

  • Experience in Software QA / Software Testing

  • Experience with POS, Restaurant, Retail, or Payment Systems

  • Experience testing Windows and/or Android applications

  • Experience creating test cases and technical documentation

  • Basic knowledge of SQL and API testing

  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to understand complex technical concepts and explain them clearly

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with payment terminals, EMV, or payment processing

  • Experience with hardware/software integration testing

  • Experience supporting production issues

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum development environments
