Title: Unity Loyalty Program Systems Analyst
Location: Ft. Lauderdale, FL (Onsite, 5 days per week)
Type: 6-Month Contract to Hire
Role Overview
We are seeking a Unity Loyalty Program Systems Analyst to support a mission-critical loyalty platform. This is a hands-on, analytical role focused on ensuring system health, validating data flows, executing test plans, and analyzing system behavior to identify trends and irregularities. The ideal candidate will bring strong testing and analytical skills, with exposure to data analysis and pattern recognition.
Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain system health, ensuring accurate data flow from point-of-sale systems into the loyalty platform.
  • Execute test plans and support system releases, ensuring smooth deployments.
  • Perform behavioral analysis of the loyalty program to identify trends, anomalies, or potential fraud scenarios.
  • Provide analytical support for installs, upgrades, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and system reliability.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps and recommending solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in systems analysis with a strong testing and analytical background.
  • Hands-on experience supporting installs and validating data flows from POS systems.
  • Exposure to data analysis and pattern recognition techniques (fraud detection experience is a plus).
  • Ability to analyze system behavior and identify irregularities or risks.
  • Experience executing test plans and supporting system releases.
