  • Establish, monitor, and report on KPIs (adoption, engagement, AUM, revenue), holding stakeholders accountable to measurable outcomes
  • Translate business priorities into actionable program roadmaps that drive trading and managed portfolio adoption
  • Identify and implement improvements to onboarding, funding, trading, and portfolio enrollment to reduce friction and increase conversion
  • Support the launch of new features, capabilities, and client experiences, ensuring readiness for adoption and measurable impact

  • Simplify complex topics into clear narratives that enable fast, confident decision-making
  • Influence stakeholders across levels through strong data-driven storytelling and business judgment

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in program management, product, consulting, or financial services
  • Strong understanding of investment products, including trading platforms and managed/advisory portfolios
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to translate data into insight and action
  • Strong executive communication skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity with a high degree of ownership and accountability

  • Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance
  • Paid Sick Leave, 3 weeks' Vacation, and Holidays (about 11 a year)
