Job description

ICONIQ Venture & Growth is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its Portfolio Operations team, a highly strategic function focused on driving commercial and strategic value across our portfolio and broader ecosystem. This role partners closely with founders, executives, and enterprise leaders to unlock growth opportunities, generate actionable insights, and strengthen our network advantage.

This role sits within ICONIQ Venture & Growth which partners with founders defining the future of their industries to transform the world.

What You'll Do:

  • Expand and map ICONIQ's network of senior enterprise leaders to drive long-term ecosystem strength
  • Build relationships with enterprise leaders through events, strategic discussions, and ongoing market engagement
  • Support go-to-market efforts for portfolio companies by identifying target customers and facilitating strategic introductions
  • Partner with founders and executives to refine customer profiles, target sectors, and growth priorities
  • Develop market insights by analyzing enterprise buying trends and emerging technology adoption
  • Design and execute curated executive engagements including roundtables, briefings, and industry events
  • Maintain accurate data and reporting to track ecosystem growth and portfolio impact
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality outcomes and strengthen internal knowledge sharing

Ideal Candidate Background:

  • 2+ years of experience in consulting, venture capital, technology, or a related field
  • Strong academic track record and analytical capabilities
  • Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
  • Proficiency with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, or Salesforce
  • Familiarity with market research platforms and emerging technologies
  • Interest in technology and its impact across industries
  • Familiarity with AI tools and technologies is a plus; we value curiosity around using AI to enhance productivity and innovation

Compensation Range: ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $110,000-$120,000 together with the benefits listed above.
