We are currently seeking a Small Business Portfolio Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for monitoring the small business loan portfolio using a payment performance approach, underwriting, and decisioning revolving line of credit renewals to origination standards. You will also prepares Small Business Administration (SBA) guarantee packets for submission to the SBA for readiness, and reports delinquencies to Small Business Relationship Managers (SBRMs).

What you'll need: 

  • Three to five years of similar or related experience
  • Associates Degree, two-year college degree, or equivalent

Key Skills and Experience: 

  • Knowledge of analyzing payment trends and risk indicators using ratings, delinquency reports, exceptions, and Continuous Credit Monitoring (CCM) insights. 
  • Working knowledge of SBA 7(a) and 504 eligibilities, documentation, and preparing complete guarantee packets.  Must be able to handle multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines, deal with sensitive information and handle problem resolution.
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external customers appropriately via in person, email etc. Experience in multi-tasking, meeting strict deadlines, dealing with sensitive information, and problem resolution while providing exceptional service. Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and all internal systems as affiliated with the department.
