Job description

About the Organization

Now is a great time to join Redhorse Corporation. We are a solution-driven company delivering data insights and technology solutions to customers with missions critical to U.S. national interests. We’re looking for thoughtful, skilled professionals who thrive as trusted partners building technology-agnostic solutions and want to apply their talents supporting customers with difficult and important mission sets.

About the Role

Redhorse is seeking a growth-focused leader to drive business development, capture strategy, and mission modernization growth across the Cyber and Defense Ecosystems. This role is ideal for an operator-minded strategist who has built trusted customer relationships through delivery, understands mission needs deeply, and can translate those needs into winnable pursuits and scalable solutions.

You will own pipeline expansion and capture execution across priority accounts—while partnering with delivery teams to ensure Redhorse solutions are credible, differentiated, and built for real-world mission outcomes.

What You'll Do Lead Growth Across Cyber and Defense Priority Accounts

Own and execute growth strategy and capture planning across cyber and special operations customers by expanding and managing a high-quality pipeline spanning mission, cyber, analytics, and modernization portfolios, while building strong customer relationships and shaping opportunities from early engagement through contract award.

Drive Capture Discipline and Win Execution

Lead capture efforts encompassing solution shaping, competitive positioning, teaming strategy, and proposal development, while improving pursuit discipline, win themes, and customer alignment across priority opportunities, and partnering closely with technical and delivery leaders to build winning solutions and executable staffing plans.

Accelerate Mission Modernization Solutions

Help position Redhorse as a trusted modernization partner across cloud and infrastructure modernization, data platforms and integration, AI/ML and advanced analytics, and mission analytics and operational decision support, while bringing mission credibility and delivery insight to ensure solutions reflect operational reality and customer urgency.

Strengthen Partnerships and Channel-Led Growth

Build and expand strategic relationships across the federal technology ecosystem by identifying joint opportunities with partners, including systems integrators, platform providers, and service partners, and creating repeatable partner-led motions that drive pipeline and accelerate growth.

Represent Redhorse in the Market

Support thought leadership, customer engagement, and strategic presentations while serving as a trusted external voice for Redhorse’s modernization capabilities and mission outcomes.

Experience/Clearance
  • Active clearance (TS/SCI)
  • 10+ years of experience in federal growth, capture, account leadership, and/or mission program delivery
  • Proven success developing pipeline and winning new business in cyber and/or defense environments
  • Experience leading complex programs or portfolios and translating mission needs into scalable solutions
  • Strong understanding of modernization priorities across cloud/data/AI and mission analytics
  • Ability to lead across cross-functional teams (capture, delivery, technical leadership, partners) with urgency and accountability

$150,000 - $250,000 a year
