Schedule: Saturday & Sunday 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
Pay: $17.75 per hour, Paid Weekly

What Youโ€™ll Do

As a Day Porter, youโ€™ll be the eyes and ears of the property, making sure everything looks its best:

  • Keep the property clean and presentable throughout the day
  • Pick up trash and empty receptacles
  • Sweep, mop, dust, and wipe down surfaces
  • Clean restrooms and high-traffic areas
  • Clean exterior doors, windows, and windowsills
  • Remove debris like stickers, gum, spills, and graffiti
  • Walk the property regularly to inspect cleanliness
  • Report maintenance or repair needs to your supervisor
  • Always use required safety equipment (weโ€™ve got you covered!)
Requirements:

? What Weโ€™re Looking For

You might be a great fit if you are:

  • A strong communicator in English or Spanish โ€“ both written and verbal
  • Familiar with using a mobile device (such as a cell phone or tablet) regularly for timekeeping and document review
  • Enjoys providing friendly customer service
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Physically active and enjoy being on your feet outdoors
  • Experienced in janitorial, custodial, or porter work (preferredโ€”but not required!)

Physical Requirements:

  • On your feet throughout the shift
  • Bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling
  • Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
  • Walking stairs and large properties regularly
