NET-A-PORTER Personal Shoppers serve as the liaisons to our most valued clients. They offer EIPs with personalized access to the latest trends, newest and most exclusive products, and bespoke invite-only-events. NET-A-PORTER are now seeking a talented Personal Shopper to join the team in the Miami/Palm Beach area.

Here is a breakdown of what you'll be doing:
  • Profile customers individually based on their shopping pattern
  • Using these profiles, provide personal recommendations demonstrating detailed product knowledge and an understanding of each client's style and requirements
  • Represent brand and embody values of NET-A-PORTER
  • Ensure prompt follow up with customers acquired through events and partnerships
  • Achieve yearly targets and KPIs
  • Lead team by example through hitting and exceeding sales targets
  • Be the sales expert within the team
  • Delivers sales target consistently but also delivers other activities around events, 1-2-1 appointments and other client focused areas
  • Offer styling and advice on items
  • Ensure that sales leads are identified and prioritized by analyzing your customer list
  • Increase spend of individuals and develop customer loyalty through by understanding their needs
  • Drive Personal Appointments where possible with clients to develop relationships
  • Have a cultural awareness for clients based across different regions
  • Possess a self-driven awareness of fashion industry and brands/product
  • Feedback any buying patterns to Managers
  • Participate in Client Relations, marketing / partnership events as required
  • Work alongside the wider business to understand key business trends and increase business acumen

The type of person we are looking for:
  • 3 - 5 years of work experience in a similar position, preferably in luxury fashion
  • Engaged and active client book driving between $1.8m-$2.5m
  • Proactive sales approach, with a track record of achieving personal sales goals
  • Customer centric. Willing to go above and beyond to deliver outstanding service and build/maintain strong relationships
  • Leadership and mentoring skillset
  • Works very closely with stakeholders outside the department to drive own business
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Technology literate, with experience in Excel and Outlook
  • Confident, with excellent communication skills
  • Organized with an eye for detail

Compensation for this role is $30.00-$34.87/hr , depending upon experience, plus monthly commission
