Job Description:
We are looking for a Service Technician to operate a company service truck and drive to various locations to service/pump/clean portable restrooms or holding tanks. This is the heart of our business.
Technicians operate our company trucks to deliver, set up, service and pick up various types of equipment, such as restroom trailers. Our technicians also refurbish equipment, including plumbing, carpentry, flooring, HVAC and other tasks as required. Technician also knows the role of service technician to service/pump/clean portable restrooms or holding tanks.
Responsibilities:
Perform basic service truck driving functions in accordance with Bonavita and DOT requirements.
  • Perform all work duties in a safe manner in accordance with Bonavita and DOT safety standards to ensure there are no accidents or injuries.
  • Perform duties by sitting, standing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling. In addition, perform lifting/pushing between 50 and 150 lbs. on a frequent basis during work shift.
  • Conduct portable toilets servicing to Bonavita service standard.
  • Perform customer service etiquette when on customer work sites
  • Ability to be flexible to meet customer needs when routes need to be adjusted or changed.
  • Provide routing feedback to Operations Manager/Supervisor/Coordinator to be most efficient as well as giving the customer the best service possible.
  • Ability to strategically plan for customer needs by working with peers and supervisor
  • During busy season you are expected to be available during weekends or after office hours
Requirements:
Previous experience is preferred
Able to drive trailer (preferred), no CDL needed. 36 max length trailer
