Job description

Join our team as a Portable Restroom Service Driver for our local sanitation company in Phoenix, AZ, Patriot Portable Restrooms. As a Portable Restroom Service Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely delivery, pick-up, and servicing (cleaning) of residential and commercial portable restrooms and restroom trailers to our customers. You may also perform other duties as assigned. We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic and a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Classification: Hourly, non-exempt

Pay rate: $25 per hour, depends on experience

Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate company vehicles to service portable restrooms and restroom trailers at various locations along designated routes.
  • Load and unload portable restrooms, hoses, water pump, ensuring proper handling and secure transportation
  • Follow service route and adapt to route changes as needed
  • Provide exceptional customer service during servicing of portable restrooms and interact professionally with customers
  • Use the route system correctly by marking services, deliveries, removals completed/bypassed.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving company vehicles
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance tasks

Qualifications:

  • Valid Driver's License (DL) required
  • CLEAN driving record required
  • Experience in servicing (cleaning) portable restrooms is preferred but not required
  • Ability to drive commercial service trucks, combo trucks.
  • Proficient in using route navigation devices or maps to optimize service routes
  • Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor
  • Be able to pass a drug screening and pre-employment physical is a MUST

Physical Requirements:

  • All applicants must have the ability to lift/move 50-75 pounds.

  • pull/carry portable restrooms and other equipment to and from the truck for service, delivery, pick-up

Typical shifts are Monday-Friday, weekends are rarely offered but possible. We are a small family-owned company. Pay depends on experience
