Portable Toilet Servicer & Route Driver

All-American Portable Toilets, a division of Lester Brothers Excavation, Inc., is looking for a dependable Route Driver to deliver, pick up, clean, and service portable toilets throughout the local area. This is an active, outdoor position that requires working independently, following an assigned route, and providing professional service to our customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver, relocate, and pick up portable toilet units
  • Pump, clean, sanitize, and restock units
  • Load, unload, and secure units for transport

  • Keep your vehicle, equipment, and work area clean and sanitary

What We’re Looking For

  • At least one year of experience safely backing a trailer
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Chauffeur’s License—or the ability to obtain one
  • Ability to work independently and follow an assigned route
  • Ability to lift and maneuver approximately 50–75 pounds
  • Comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions
  • Willingness to work around waste, odors, cleaning chemicals, mud, and active job sites
  • Ability to pass required pre-employment screenings
  • Early start times, overtime, weekends, or holidays may occasionally be required depending on routes, events, and business needs.
  • This is straightforward, physical work—not glamorous work—but it’s a great fit for someone who enjoys driving, working independently, staying active, and seeing the results of a job well done.
