Job description

RV Sales Associate
Here is a rare opportunity, we have an immediate opening on our sales team for a full time, year round salesperson to join our family. We have 4 sales specialists right now and are looking for that special 5th person to complete the team. We don't over stack our sales floor with sales people, 5 is the max! We have been in business since 1978 and sell all forms of RV's from pop-ups to park models, motor homes, travel trailers, and 5th wheels both New and Preowned. We carry a pretty extensive inventory throughout the season and we average 500-600 sales annually. We are a "Destination Dealer". We have our own a State of the Art Service Center and Body Shop. We are very progressive and always growing! The right candidate should have sales experience, RV sales experience is preferred but we will train the right person. Sales experience in any form of vehicle sales or power sports is required. You must be personable, outgoing, energetic, possess great communication skills and work well in a team environment but also be independently motivated. Additionally, you should be very customer service oriented. The right candidate should know their way around a computer with basic computer skills and be familiar with social media. In return, we will offer you a very aggressive and overly competitive uncapped earning potential ( Our sales people have been averaging $100k-$175k+ with a year end bonus ) along with a competitive benefits package, paid vacation time , paid holidays, access to our preowned RV inventory to take your family camping whenever you want, employee outings, company cookouts and a place to call home! Job Responsibilities
  • Understand and implement dealership sales process
  • Own every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery)
  • Present and demonstrate inventory
  • Review, update and manage daily inventory reports
  • Create and execute strategies for increasing market share
  • Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership
  • Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average and monthly units to dealership standards
  • Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certification
  • Must be familiar with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • To maximize earning potential, you must be willing to work weekends

Education and/or Experience
Previous sales experience is not necessary, but relevant education and prior sales training are a PLUS.
Salary Range: $75000 - $130000 / year
Pay is base plus commission looking for that one special, outgoing, friendly hands on person to complete our sales team!
