Position Summary
The Pool Bartender is responsible for delivering elevated, high-energy beverage service in Vinarosa Resort's poolside and outdoor venues, creating a vibrant and memorable guest experience. This role focuses on preparing and presenting cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages in a fast-paced, open-air environment while maintaining professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. The Pool Bartender must balance technical execution with engaging, guest-focused hospitality, ensuring timely service and accuracy during high-volume periods. Working closely with servers, culinary teams, and leadership, this position supports smooth operations, inventory control, and adherence to brand standards. Awareness of outdoor conditions, guest safety, and responsible alcohol service is critical. The Pool Bartender contributes directly to guest satisfaction, beverage revenue, and the overall atmosphere and success of the resort's pool experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to approved recipes and brand standards
• Provide engaging, energetic service to guests in a poolside environment while maintaining professionalism
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of cocktails, frozen drinks, beer, wine, and seasonal beverage offerings
