Job description

Farmington Country Club is looking for a full time Pool Runner/Attendant. This position is responsible for the daily cleaning and maintenance of the pool deck during the upcoming busy season. This role will be responsible for the following tasks.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the pool area, including restrooms, changing rooms, and surrounding areas.
  • Set up and break down poolside amenities such as chairs, umbrellas, and tables.
  • Assist members and guests with their needs, including providing towels and beverages.
  • Monitor pool area for safety hazards and enforce club rules and regulations.
  • Report any maintenance issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards members, guests, and coworkers.

  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
